What the Site Provides

MedicsAssist offers general information and personal guidance about Medicare coverage, including Original Medicare, Medicare Supplement policies, stand alone drug coverage and Medicare Advantage plans.

MedicsAssist is not connected with or endorsed by the federal Medicare program or any government agency. Information on the site is educational and does not replace advice from the plan itself, your doctor, or official Medicare resources.

Eligibility and Accounts

The site is meant for adults who can form a binding agreement. When you create an account, you agree to the following:

  • Provide details that are true, current and complete
  • Keep your password private and secure
  • Tell MedicsAssist promptly about any use of your account you did not authorize
  • Accept responsibility for activity that takes place under your login

Messages and Consent

If you choose to receive text messages or emails, MedicsAssist may contact you about your inquiry, plan information, enrollment reminders and related offers, according to the choices you made at sign up. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of any purchase.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Acceptable Use

While using the site, you agree not to:

  • Submit information about another person without their permission
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours
  • Upload harmful code or interfere with how the site runs

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MedicsAssist is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that arise from using the site, relying on its content, or being unable to access it. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy with the site is to stop using it.
